Great central location with quick access to attractions.

The room with bathroom. The location was unbeatable and excellent, near the Metro. The staff were amicable and great day and night...

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The venue was in a central location near to Gran Via and the main center and the main attractions. The room we had included a refrigerator, a writing table, and ironing facilities. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Expected a nice complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but clearly, that was too much to ask. Definitely not a hotel experience!

Affable and very very helpful staff, always with a smile. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a work desk, flat-screen television, and ironing facilities. Absolutely perfect location, easy to get by metro: )

Appreciated our 6 nights here. We had the double room provided with coffee maker, bathroom, as example. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and a fridge...

Unexpected charm in central Madrid

The hotel was great with its historic charm and modern comforts, all while being footsteps away from the city center. The quick resolution to my air conditioning issue was commendable.

Finding the hotel was a challenge due to the lack of clear signage on the exterior. The rooms felt a bit cramped, and insufficient insulation made it hard to escape sounds from neighboring rooms at night.

Parking difficulties!!! Poor acoustic isolation led to noise disruption!!! Limited power outlets made charging devices a hassle!!! Attention to signage is needed for easier location finding!!!

Central location was a significant plus, just a minute's walk from the Opera metro station. It's close to major attractions. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear instructions for the contactless process. Room cleanliness was great, and the comfortable bed made resting easy after a busy day. The view from my room faced an internal patio, which occasionally got noisy at night. The bathroom showed signs of age, particularly around the silicone fittings. Despite being in the city center, there was surprisingly little noise from the streets below, an added bonus. Good value considering the city's hotel prices.

The hotel offered a peaceful garden and a nice little lounge area to unwind after a day out. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, so it's smart to plan ahead if you need to stay connected 😊

The location was fantastic for exploring with my kids, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the spaces. The kids loved the cozy lounge area.

The location allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the fresh air. I had to deal with some noise from the streets, a bit challenging to relax at times. This experience felt authentic, and as a single traveler, I appreciated the access to notable art museums nearby.

The excellent location near the opera metro station made exploring the city center super easy. The hotel was great with its cleanliness and a cozy atmosphere that added to the celebration.

Stayed at le petit palue-opera for one night and loved the central location-just minutes from opera and near metro stops. The room was spotlesslynice and neat, and the shower was great. Good communication during check-in via what's app really stood out!
